  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and managing the initial steps of the new employee onboarding process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documentation, and assist with reporting as required.
  • Culture Building: Help plan and coordinate internal company events and initiatives that promote employee engagement and morale.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree or diploma in any field of study, demonstrating strong comprehension and analytical skills.
  • Proven Skills:
    • Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with employees at all levels.
    • Organizational Acumen: Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and solve issues proactively.
    • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
